Silent Auction – Not Just Fiber!
Everyone is invited to donate an item for the Silent Auction. Three tables will open at
10:00 a.m., with Table One closing at 1:30 p.m., Table Two at 1:45 p.m., and Table
Three at 2:00 p.m. If you are out bid on an item on Table One, you will have time to bid
at the other tables for another fantastic item.
What kind of items can you donate? Stash yarn that needs a new home, fiber tools, books,
videos, completed projects, handspun yarn, OR Gift Certificates from your local Nail, Hair,
Masseur, Restaurant, Gas Station – don’t be shy ask your local business owners – or if you
are one please donate. Knitters need more than just Fiber, hard to believe but true!
Donate something that everyone will be fighting over!
Items must come with the attached donation form filled out and clearly labeled Knit
Michigan Silent Auction.
To donate:
Deliver to *** shops from January 26th to February 1st, 2010, or
Mail to Heritage Spinning and Weaving – Attention: Nancie, or
One last thing – please only donate items you would want to have yourself – we do not
need your discards. Items that do not sell will be donated to a local women’s shelter.
